How much should the building fee be?

Split an expense by ownership share

Calculate each unit’s amount using whole-number weights. The amounts sum to the exact expense in agorot.

For example 1,1,2 gives the third unit twice the weight. Unit areas may be used if they are the applicable permitted basis.

Remaining agorot are allocated in unit order. The actual allocation basis depends on applicable law and the building bylaws.
