The service is intended to organise residential-building information: payments, expenses, documents, notices and faults. Use for buildings and residents is intended to be free. The system does not collect or hold committee funds and is not a party to a supplier’s work.

Users provide information they are authorised to share, protect account access and respect neighbours’ privacy. Owner, tenant and committee permissions must be checked before invitations or votes. A digital decision or generated document is not legally valid merely because software created it.

Before operation, complete the operator’s identity and contact details, eligibility, prohibited content, suspension and closure, support and availability, lawful liability terms, dispute handling and notice of material changes. This draft does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
