What does lift maintenance cost? Compare the scope

There is no universal lift price. Installation count, age, manufacturer, contract type, parts availability and rescue coverage affect a quote. Gather the agreement, invoices and inspection reports before asking a suitable supplier to assess it.
Give every bidder the same scope: visits, response, parts, exclusions and cancellation terms. Separate routine maintenance, periodic inspection and exceptional repairs. Refer safety questions to qualified professionals and do not attempt repairs yourself.
A regional benchmark requires a normalised sample of at least five comparable buildings. If data is insufficient, say so. Even a difference from an average does not establish overcharging or promise a saving.
