Supplier subscription terms — draft

The planned model is regional advertising subscriptions, without job commissions or building charges. Base prices before VAT: ILS 300 per month for the first region, ILS 200 for each additional region and ILS 1,500 nationwide. Exclusivity may double the base; promotion and activity tiers require an itemised quote.

The website calculator is an estimate or a mock when the live interface is unavailable. It does not order a subscription, reserve exclusivity or guarantee leads. Regions, categories, slot availability, extras, period and final price must be clear before contracting.

Counsel and the billing owner must finalise enrolment, charge dates, renewal, cancellation, refunds, price changes, arrears, complaints and removal. Suppliers are responsible for accurate details and licences; a verification label must describe checks actually performed.

Subscription sales start only after the launch gate: at least 200 active buildings in Gush Dan. The site promises no customer volume, income or ranking. Include all limitations and benefits in the final order document.
